This privacy policy explains how Easy Insight Limited ("we") handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR. Easy Insight Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15217860, with its registered office at 28 Nelson Road, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 3NF. Our trading address, and the best one for post, is Cams Hall, Cams Hall Estate, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 8UP.
What personal data we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address and message you provide, so that we can respond to your enquiry. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and our analytics are cookieless and do not identify you personally.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the details you send solely to reply to and manage your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this site and deliver enquiry notifications: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery), both based in the United States. Contact-form details pass through their systems, and briefly through our hosting provider's service logs, in order to deliver your enquiry to us. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
Your privacy rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email enquiries@easyinsight.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
