Our work: the receipts.
Our work includes products we built and still run, and client case studies where the number moved. Where a client can't be named yet, we describe the shape of the work honestly rather than dress it up.
One scoping call, then a fixed estimate in writing before any work starts.
Adds up the years of hands-on delivery experience across our senior team, the people who actually do the work, taken from our own engagement records.
Counts projects delivered across the practice's history, spanning AI, web, apps and data, from our own engagement records.
Counts the distinct organisations we have worked with across the practice's history, from our own engagement records; some cannot be named here under NDA.
The share of customers who came back to us for further work, self-reported from our own engagement records rather than audited by a third party.
Counted directly from the case studies below: Manifold and Quarterly, both live and linked so you can check them yourself.
Figures from our own engagement records across the practice's history; the product count is taken directly from the case studies below.

Straight answers
Why are some clients unnamed?+
NDAs and client confidentiality. Some organisations we work with can't have their name on a supplier's website, so instead of dressing those projects up we describe the sector, the problem and the shape of the work honestly. The named case studies, and our own products Manifold and Quarterly, carry the logos.
How do I know you can do my kind of project?+
The work above spans four practices: AI, web, apps and data, and we run our own products with our own money on the line, so we've lived with the consequences of our own technical choices. The scoping call is with the person who would do the work, there's no obligation, and if the honest answer is that an off-the-shelf tool would serve you better, we say so.
What does a project cost?+
You get a fixed estimate in writing after one scoping call, and the price is agreed before any work starts; there's no hourly rate that drifts. We publish price signals on our service pages, and for Power BI licensing the free Pricing Estimator gives you a number before you ever talk to us.
How long will a project take, and are we locked in afterwards?+
Your scoping call ends with a fixed timeline in writing alongside the fixed price, and if a deadline you need is not achievable we say so before you commit rather than after work starts. There's no lock-in afterwards: you own the code and the accounts from day one, handover comes with documentation, and any support retainer is a choice, not a condition.
Your project could be the next receipt.
- Describe the problem. Rough is fine; you'll hear from us within one working day.
- Scope it on one call. With the person who would actually build it.
- Get your estimate in writing. A fixed figure, agreed before any work begins; nothing billed by the hour.
